Delivery and returns
Delivery
We post within the United Kingdom only, and postage is free on every order. Orders are normally posted within 3 working days of being placed.
Christmas orders
Recommended last order date: 18 December.
This is a recommendation, not a guarantee. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, because postal delays can happen at busy times and are outside our control.
Cancelling an order
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page. If you change your mind, contact George's uncle within 14 days of delivery and he will confirm how to return the cards. Return instructions, including the address, are provided at that point.
Once the cards are back with us in a resaleable condition, we refund what you paid for them. You are responsible for the cost of posting them back unless they were faulty or damaged.
Faulty or damaged cards
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, tell us and we will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You will not be charged for return postage in that case.
