Who is responsible
Drawn by George is run by George's uncle. He decides how your details are used and is responsible for keeping them safe.
The seller name and address will be added before launch.
What we use, and why
- Order and payment details. Your name, email address, billing details and the items you bought, so that your payment can be taken and your order recorded.
- Delivery details. Your delivery address, so the cards can be posted to you.
- Support messages. Anything you send us about an order, so we can answer you and sort out returns or replacements.
We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell or share them for marketing.
Who else is involved
- Stripe processes card payments. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach this website. Stripe uses your details to take payment and to guard against fraud.
- Delivery providers. Your name and delivery address are passed to the postal or courier service that carries your order.
- Our website and email providers host the shop and carry messages about your order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as they are needed to fulfil and support your order, and for as long as we are legally required to keep records of sales, for example for tax purposes. After that they are deleted.
The mailing list
If you leave your email address to hear about new card collections, we store that email address and nothing else. We use it only to tell you when George's new cards are ready. It is never shared or sold, and it is not used for any other kind of advertising.
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email we send, and we will delete your address from the list.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we are not required to keep them. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
The shop is intended for adult customers. George's own details are not published here beyond his first name, his age and the county he lives in.
